I am 35 years your senior, and have dealt my whole life with many of the same issues you are now fighting. Like you, I am a fellow poker player with a substack - though I rarely write about poker. Oddly enough, my most recent blog touches on what is possibly the single biggest cause of "the feeling of unworthiness" many of us have. While i'm not sure it is 100% applicable to you, as i don't know you personally - please take 5 minutes and read it, as i am certain there is some wisdom in there you can glean.
Bro, you are making incredible progress on your goals whether you realize it or not, honestly not letting yourself be vulnerable or "imperfect" is only gonna hold back your process.
